Sometimes your dell computer keeps rebooting after the windows logo or it reboot continuously after 2 or 3 minutes. In some cases when you want to open any program then your computer automatically start rebooting. This problem may occur because of two things like-
Step1: Don’t open any program , open the “Run” box from the start menu or by pressing the windows key and “R”, then type in “shutdown –a” without the quotation marks. This tells the system to not reboot or shutdown in the event of a fatal system error.
Step2: if above step is not working, try to boot your system in safe mode by pressing F8.This will put the machine into a simple boot mode with no extra drivers then those needed to start the machine. If the problem happens in safe mode then system windows file may be corrupted and you need to reinstall windows.
Step3: Boot your computer with your windows CD, then select the Recovery Console option, after that use the CHKDSK command to recover the bad sector.(see also:How to Reboot a Dell Computer )
