Steps to Import Contacts File in Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available in both stand-alone or as part of Microsoft Office. The current version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Windows and 2011 for Mac

Although often used mainly as an email application, but also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note taking, a journal and web browsing.
